IRRI welcomes applications from international Post-Doctoral Fellows (PDFs). PDFs are scientists at the beginning stages of their career looking for development after being awarded a PhD. PDFs will generally have specialized knowledge of a field in which IRRI operates, however, the focus of study for PDFs at IRRI can be as diverse as the applicants themselves.
